If it is about money
Write from the address you booked with and quote the booking reference: eight characters, exactly as printed on your booking. If your question is about a payout to your school, do not look for a reference: give us the amount and the date it was marked ready. We read the payment and refund entries before answering, so you get the actual figures rather than a description of the rules.
